We work with the business stakeholders and internal subject matter experts to understand ‘Where we are?’ and ‘Where we need to be?’.
As part of this journey, we interrogate the current state and its associated challenges to clearly define the desired outcome and what success looks like.
Using this as the roadmap, we then develop a delivery plan, working with existing delivery teams through a methodical process tailored to the project and the business needs.

Business Analysis
Understanding the needs of the business is key to success. We ask the challenging questions of ‘Why?’ and lead internal discussions on the key problems to solve. Setting aside legacy issues and before discussions about solution, what is the core need to be met? What does success look like? What are the needs of the business, the end user, the administrator and the technology? Creating robust documentation to enable next steps of the project.
Delivery
Successful delivery requires being set up to succeed from the beginning, followed by a solid delivery process involving key stakeholders throughout. Deepfried has expertise in all steps of the digital delivery process and can work in with existing teams to effect optimal delivery.
Scrum Master
